We want to thank the BCARTC for the acknowledgement of Oscar attaining High-Point All Age retriever. Also, thank you to all clubs and their workers that still continue to put on their trials in an ever changing environment.
We look forward to Oscar’s continuing development. A thank you goes out to our training groups that we have connected with on both sides of the border. Your support and assistance is greatly appreciated and has been a factor in reaching the success that we have had.
