NOTICE TO EVENT CHAIRS, EVENT SECRETARIES and CLUB SECRETARIES:

Re:  Out of Province National Judge Grant

At this time, those organizing an event and bringing in an out-of-province, national or similarly qualified judge, are reminded that all requests for compensation must be accompanied by specific and scanned original receipts.  No hand-written receipts, credit card statements or non-specific cash register tapes will be considered.  The judges grant is limited to one grant per club.
