High Point Retrievers 2022

HIGH POINT ALL AGE 2022

FTCH Rhr Belmont’s Sweet Baby Surprise
“Texas”

Wow what an amazing sport we all get to enjoy. Travelling to so many wonderful places and receiving such gracious hospitality from everyone. and what a thrilling season we had!!

Texas would like to thank everyone who has ever thrown or shot a mark for her, and at 10 1/2 that’s a large number of people. I also would like to thank the throwers and gunners! To everyone that volunteers their time to help put on Retriever events, without your efforts this sport would not exist. Thank You from both of us!

A deep Thank You to all clubs and landowners who provide trial and training grounds across North America available for my kennel to use!

Texas just pawed at me, to remind me of the phenomenal care she receives from some very talented professionals. Dr. Eric Galmut of Aaron Animal Hospital, Surrey, BC. Dr. Dennie Bassham of Bassham Veterinary Quitman, GA. Dr. Jennell Appel of Sport Vet, Thomasville GA. Dr. Raceeta MacKenzie of Peak Animal Wellness Services Langley BC. We thank you for maintaining Texas’s body and mind.

A very special Thank You to my wife, who is always there for our team. She is a true leader of the pack!

We wish all of you good luck in the 2023 season!

Kevin and Texas

HIGH POINT QUALIFYING 2022

Belmont’s Malicious Intentions
“Loki”

Loki is such a fun dog to work with, he comes out everyday looking forward to what is next, sitting tall and proud beside me. We look forward to his future in this wonderful sport we are fortunate to play in.

A big Thank you to all the clubs and volunteers that make this sport possible, with their endless hours of volunteer time, and dedication.

Good luck to every one in 2023!

Kevin Hill

HIGH POINT JUNIOR DOGS 2022 (TIE)

In 2022 there was a tie between these two talented dogs:

Streamline Dellwood Knolls
“Tallin”

I had pick of the litter and picked the wildest one. Consequently, we have had a few problems to play this game according to the rules. Not too worried at this stage he is the one that needs to worry as he has some big boots to fill.

Proud owner, Peter Muursep

Coolwater’s Shades of Blue
“Blue”

Al acquired Blue, the product of two great dogs, Legend and Georgia, from his breeder, Dave Douglas. This youngster, not two until late May 2023, has shown he can do some nice work. At this point, Blue does keep Al on his toes with his crazy antics. It’s great that Blue has tied for High Point Junior dog this year. Al and Blue’s training group will all be watching and cheering as Blue matures and moves forward in field competitions.
